What size duvet cover do I need?
If you already have a duvet, it's very easy to find out what size duvet cover you need. That one is the same. The duvet almost always has a label with the size on it. If not, you can always measure the duvet yourself to find out the right size.
What is the total length of this duvet cover?
This duvet cover has a double continuous tuck-in strip: an extension over the entire width. This makes the cover extra long. The total length is the length of the duvet cover plus the length of the extension. The total length of the cover is stated at the tuck-in strip.
Is there also a pillowcase?
Each cover set comes with a matching pillowcase. Depending on the size, you will receive one pillowcase or two pillowcases. This is always clearly indicated in the size indication. And would you prefer even more demolition? Then you can always order extra plain pillowcases.
What is a double continuous tuck-in lane?
An extension at the end of the cover that extends across the entire width. The tuck-in strip is on both sides of the cover. Due to the double continuous tuck-in strip, the cover is also suitable for extra long duvets. You will then be left with less tuck-in lane. You put the tuck-in strip under the mattress.
Do I still have a tuck-in strip left over with my extra long duvet?
That depends on the size of the cover. We have brands that have extra long covers of 260 cm long. If you put an extra long duvet in there, you will be left with a tuck-in strip.
What is a twin bed?
A twin bed consists of two equal single beds that are pushed together to form a double bed. The term twin beds for duvets, duvet covers and fitted sheets is used to describe the size. A twin duvet cover is at least 240x200/220 cm and the sizes are increasing.
How do I prevent my duvet from slipping out of the cover?
Does the duvet cover have a tuck-in strip, such as a bottle neck, double continuous or stitched? Then tuck the tuck-in strip well under the mattress. As a result, you close the opening, as it were, and your duvet can no longer 'escape'. Not a fan of tucking in? Then a cover with a zipper or button closure is a good option.
What are the properties of cotton satin?
Our range includes 100% cotton-satin bed linen. Satin is a weaving technique that gives the materials a beautiful shine and a smooth feel. Cotton-satin bedding therefore has the quality of cotton: among other things, moisture-absorbing, breathable and good heat regulating. The weaving technique makes it feel extra smooth and supple.
